Entry Systems , a trusted family-owned garage door and gate company serving Orange County since 1972, is hiring an experienced Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our Laguna Hills office. We're looking for an exceptional communicator who is equally strong with customers, sales, and follow-through . This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll help customers from their first phone call through scheduling, estimates, product selection, sales, and follow-up. The right person is warm and confident on the phone, comfortable asking for the sale, highly organized, and disciplined about completing the administrative details that keep a busy service company running smoothly.Pay & Benefits:
$24-$28/hr DOE + performance pay & commission after 90 days Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ( no nights or weekends ) Health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, holidays, and sick payWhat You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, email, and in person. Answer incoming calls, understand customer needs, and turn inquiries into booked appointments and sales. Help customers select and purchase new garage doors over the phone and in our showroom. Prepare estimates and confidently follow up with customers to close sales. Stay on top of open estimates, customer callbacks, and follow-up without needing reminders. Answer multi-line phones, schedule service appointments, and process payments. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up tasks. Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Learn our products and services well enough to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.About Entry Systems:

Required:
3+ years of customer service, office, inside sales, or similar professional experience Exceptional phone communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional presence Strong sales ability and comfortable discussing pricing, recommending options, following up on estimates, and asking for the sale Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail Strong administrative skills and data-entry accuracy Self-disciplined and able to stay on top of callbacks, estimates, and open tasks without needing frequent reminders Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable learning new software, products, and processes Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Experience in inside sales or selling products/services by phone Experience preparing and following up on quotes, estimates, or proposals Experience in home improvement, construction, home services, or a similar industry Experience working in a customer-facing showroom or sales environmentBenefits
