Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders and retail transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained Manage customer orders efficiently in food service environments, ensuring satisfaction Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with food handling or preparation tasks Support food safety management practices by following sanitation procedures and handling food properly Ensure the checkout area is organized, stocked, and presentable at all times Requirements Must be 21 years old to sell tobacco products & Beer Previous experience in quick service or gas stations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Pilot or Verifone; familiarity with cash handling procedures Experience with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers confidently Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols Retail sales experience including upselling techniques is a plus Food industry knowledge including food safety management and sanitation practices is desirable Join us if you're passionate about providing top-tier customer service in a lively environment!
