North Peak Marketing is hiring an Entry Level Verizon Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll represent one of the nation's leading wireless providers by meeting directly with customers, introducing Verizon's wireless promotions, and navigating individuals through processes that fit their lifestyle. Whether you're starting your career or looking to gain valuable business experience, we'll provide the coaching, mentorship, and support your need to build confidence in sales, customer service, and account management. How you'll make an impact as a Verizon Representative Represent wireless products, plans, and promotional offers in person Build relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions Learn about customer needs and recommend the best enrollment solutions Assist with new account enrollments, upgrades, device activations, and service changes Clearly explain product features, pricing, and current promotions Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through enrollment Maintain accurate customer records and support daily sales objectives What you'll gain from this role Hands on experience and training with ongoing coaching and professional development Sales, customer acquisition, and account management teachings Opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and business skills A team-oriented environment with performance-based advancement opportunities Experience representing a nationally recognized brand What we are looking for Has excellent communication and people skills Enjoys working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment Is motivated to learn sales and grow professionally Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is reliable, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career No previous sales experience is required.
