- Are you a leader who can develop business and increase service sales?
- Do you have a proven track record of upselling, customer service, and a thorough understanding of the Service Advisor process?
- Are you eager to greet every customer and make the most of each opportunity? The following is a list of duties and expectations including but not limited to:
- Greet EVERY customer as soon as they arrive for service, using a clipboard, with a tag# and inspection sheet.
- Document concerns, causes, and corrections for repairs, up sells, customer information including accurate phone numbers, email addresses. Obtain signatures on ALL copies of invoices with every customer.
- Perform a 4 point walk-around with every vehicle CP and Warranty.
- At time of write up, verify customer information is correct, including cell number and email address. Verify customer receives a welcome text from My Kaarma and explain its use.
- Present all customer recommendations and up sells every time.
- Manage vehicle service/repair process from the time the vehicle arrives, while vehicle is being repaired, and until vehicle is returned to the customer.
- Provide customer with complete and accurate estimates for additional repairs and or recommendations.
- Document all changes on the repair order and in the Dealer Management System in accordance with American Acura guidelines.
- Carefully inspect every finished repair order for proper documentation, accurate pricing, clock times, and supporting documentation.
- Perform an Active Delivery including explanation of the Multi-point inspection with every customer, and explanation of the American Honda survey.
- Process payment for all customer pay operations including credit card payment, cash transactions, extended warranty payments, or other means of payment.
- Carry a walkie-talkie to communicate with other staff members as necessary.
- Complete all Acura Self Study training.
- Use review gathering tool to solicit positive online reviews.
- Use 2-way radio to communicate with other staff members as needed.
- Use Spark instant messaging to communicate with the BDC and other team members.
- Achieve monthly sales production goals set by management.
- Achieve a CSE score of 90% or higher monthly, tracked though American Acura reporting page on Acura interactive network.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in accordance with Metro Automotive Group employee handbook.
