Duties Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising to ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized. Maintain knowledge of store products and helpful recommendations and enhance the shopping experience. Handle retail sales transactions smoothly, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Occasional cleaning that would include, dusting, sweeping Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both English and bilingual settings. Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures is highly desirable. Basic math skills are essential for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions accurately.
