Customer Service Do you enjoy working with people and a motivated team that wants to strive to be the best in the industry? Cornerstone Photography in Moorpark & Westlake Village is seeking a full time customer service team member to work in an energetic fast-paced environment. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients both in person and on the phone. Job duties include answering phones, confirming appointments, assisting customers on the phone with ordering, greeting and checking in our clients, helping families and seniors prepare for their portrait session, processing orders with quality control, and more. The winning candidate will need to have good writing and language skills. This position is the voice and face of our studio, and we are looking for an upbeat, well-spoken candidate that is ready to serve the client. Hiring for a full time position : Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays during our busy season. Reliable transportation is a must.

Skills and requirements:

• Computer savvy. You must be able to quickly learn new programs. If you struggle with computers, then this is not the position you are looking for.
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and management.
• Self-starter that does not need micro-managing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• We desire a team member that enjoys working with others and has an upbeat personality.
