Hold a high school diploma or GED (customer service experience is always a plus) Are confident with typing and computer multitasking Have the tech-savvy mindset to adapt fast Stay collected when things get busy Enjoy tackling questions and troubleshooting Bring positive, upbeat energy into every call or chat Listen well and record information accurately Work smoothly with teammates and supervisors Are reliable, consistent, and always professional Can meet goals without losing sight of quality Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal ERP systems and customer portals Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution Partner closely with the Sales team to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction Manage incoming calls and emails, routing information as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details meet customer requirements Assist with reporting and administrative support for the Sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through proactive communication What's in It for
