This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll work directly with community members, explain available programs and services, assist with enrollment, and provide a professional customer experience. No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Do Engage directly with community members in assigned locations Explain available programs and services clearly and professionally Assist customers with enrollment and application processes Use company-provided devices to complete applications Answer customer questions and provide appropriate guidance Maintain accurate customer and activity information Follow company procedures and compliance requirements Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in training and team meetings What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Comfortable talking with new people Friendly, confident, and professional Motivated by goals and personal performance Dependable and willing to take responsibility Comfortable working in outdoor and community-based locations Coachable and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Interested in developing customer service, sales, and communication skills Experience in retail, restaurants, delivery, warehouse, hospitality, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing environments is welcome. College students, recent graduates, and experienced workers are all encouraged to apply.
