We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated team players to join our Front-of-House (FOH) team. As a small business, we value teamwork, positive energy, excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and our employees. Job Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service. Greet customers, take orders, and assist guests with selecting poke bowls, salads, toppings, sauces, and other menu items. Prepare and serve poke bowls, salads, and other food items according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment. Restock ingredients, toppings, sauces, packaging, and other FOH supplies as needed. Wash dishes and assist with cleaning duties when necessary. Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Follow proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times. Maintain proper portioning and presentation of food. Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and confidently explain ingredients, toppings, sauces, and preparation options to customers. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods. Follow all company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards. Qualifications Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience required. Experience in a fast-casual restaurant, poke shop, or similar food-service environment is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine restaurant tasks. Willing to work three or more days per week with flexible availability, including weekends, and evenings. Must be 18 years of age or older, or have a valid high school work permit. Must have valid food handlers card Trial Period & Training Hiring is based on a two-week trial period . During this period, employees will be paid their regular hourly wage for training and scheduled work; tips will begin after successfully completing the trial period . At the end of the two-week trial period, a performance evaluation will be conducted to determine whether employment will continue. Evaluation will be based on factors including attendance and punctuality, customer service, teamwork, work performance, ability to follow instructions, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety and company standards.
