Customer Care Advocate/Office Service Clerk We're looking for a Customer Care Advocate/Office Service Clerk to join our client's. If you have 5+ years of experience in Customer Care Advocate/Office Service Clerk with Call center , So, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence. What You'll Do Provide phone, written, and face-to-face customer service regarding benefit plans and claims Maintain working knowledge of assigned retirement and health & welfare plans Document interactions and actions accurately in system notes Process enrollments, member updates, mailers, and required forms Send correspondence related to claims and member eligibility Distribute regulatory and compliance communications Initiate and follow up on Action Requests across claims, eligibility, and retirement teams Research and resolve complex or technical issues Support general administrative tasks as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or GED 6+ months' experience in: Call center customer service OR Benefits administration / eligibility / claims OR Third-party Administrator (TPA) environment Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Professional, customer-first mindset with high integrity Solid computer skills, including MS Office Ability to interpret benefit plans, procedures, and regulations ????Location:
