This is more than a traditional dispatcher role . You will support technicians throughout the entire service call—from dispatch and diagnosis through customer checkout—helping ensure every customer receives a complete comfort solution. Responsibilities Dispatch the right technician to the right call. Support and coach technicians during active service calls. Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day. Manage callbacks and help assign the appropriate technician. Identify missed opportunities and help improve revenue and gross profit per call. Monitor AQS Rewards opportunities and sales. Review completed calls to ensure nothing was missed. Track diagnostic-only calls and identify why opportunities were lost. Monitor technician performance, callbacks, average ticket, and service revenue. Ensure call notes, photos, estimates, and documentation are complete. Help maintain an efficient, profitable, and customer-focused service department. Ideal Candidate HVAC service or dispatch experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential HVAC. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable coaching and holding technicians accountable. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service focused with a strong attention to detail. Motivated by improving team performance and profitability.
