The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can provide fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take customer orders accurately, both in person and by phone. Operate the POS/cash register and process cash, credit, and other payments. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials. Communicate customer orders clearly with the kitchen team. Prepare and package food order items as needed. Keep the front counter, dining area, and cashier station clean and organized. Restock napkins, utensils, drinks, sauces, and other supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude. Qualifications Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
