As a ProColor Collision Customer Service Representative , you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors, delivering a legendary customer experience from vehicle intake through delivery. As a brand ambassador, the CSR ensures every customer interaction reflects professionalism, transparency, and care. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $20.77 - $23.75 per hour. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with ProColor best practices and LEI performance standards Greet customers and manage vehicle intake and delivery processes Conduct vehicle walk‑arounds; document related and unrelated damage Take photos of vehicle condition and upload documentation into the Business Management System (BMS) Explain the repair process clearly and set expectations with customers Prepare and process intake, delivery, and payment documentation (deductibles, customer pay, etc.) Schedule and follow up on customer appointments based on shop availability Communicate with customers and insurance partners via phone, email, text, and video calls Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely, high‑quality vehicle delivery Assign work orders to technicians as required Keep the BMS and related systems accurate and up to date Support front office operations, administrative tasks, filing, and data entry Import, verify, and maintain accurate records in accounting systems Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous customer service experience required (body shop experience preferred) Administrative or data entry experience (preferred) Experience with Mitchell RepairCenter (preferred) Estimating experience considered a plus Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High level of professionalism, discretion, and tact Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email systems) Working Conditions Regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 lbs Overtime may be required based on business needs Why Join ProColor?
