Job Summary With 17 overnight accommodations, bar, game room, and restaurant onsite, Circle Bar B Guest Ranch, nestled up Refugio Canyon in the Santa Ynez Mountains, is seeking a talented Guest Services expert to join our Front Desk team! Responsibilities Check in Guests, and complete all check in tasks Take Reservations via phone Process Credit Card Payments, and record Payments Bartending/serving guests Assisting with Dinner and breakfast service, and setup as needed Complete Site Tours with tentative event partners Removing trash from bar/workstations areas Complete all opening/closing tasks during respective shifts Complete property and room inspections Assist with Social Media and Marketing Anticipate the Guests' needs while providing excellent service!

Job Details & Requirements:

$20-$24 Per Hour DOE + tips $10 Gas stipend per shift worked Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner included during each working shift Ability to work on nights, weekends, and/or holidays is a must Ability to serve alcoholic beverages is a must (21 and older) Potential gas stipend for commuting, in addition to hourly wage and tips Seeking Part Time or Full Time Employment Circle Bar B Guest Ranch has been a beloved destination for over 85 years, offering a mild year-round climate and breathtaking landscapes.
