Haig Chiropractic Corp PC (dba The Joint Chiropractic) is looking for a bilingual front desk sales and customer service representative to support multiple clinic locations. We help hundreds of people every week feel better and continue doing what they love. We're looking for a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Position Details:

$22/hour 3-5 days per week Must be available for Weekends Additional coverage shifts available Weekday hours 10AM-7PM Weekend hours 10AM-4

PM What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable and consistent with scheduling Team player willing to support multiple locations as needed About the

Schedule:

This role operates on a structured weekly schedule to ensure consistent clinic coverage. Flexibility is available through shift swaps and additional coverage opportunities.

Primary Duties:

Check patients in and manage clinic flow Onboard new patients Educate patients about chiropractic care and our membership model Sell plans and packages Assist chiropractors in maintaining clean treatment areas Answer phones and follow up with leads Handle billing-related calls Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization Manage emails and scheduling
