First Nissan of Simi Valley , part of the First Automotive Group , is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive our award-winning service department forward.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians. Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations. Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance

• and sell with integrity.

Provide timely updates to customers on service status. Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication. Maintain high Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores.

What You Bring:

Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required). Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CDK software (preferred). Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving and background record. At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role.
