Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at Daland Swim School represents the first point of contact with our clients. They perform essential front desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls, checking in clients, and overseeing the scheduling of all classes, camps, and programs. We're currently hiring for mid and closing shifts

Other duties may be assigned:
Greet all clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude. Checking in guests for swim lessons, first aid classes, and other Daland programs. Answering clients' questions and concerns both in person and over the phone. Providing professional, prompt, and friendly customer service. Learning and navigating registration software to book clients for classes, camps, birthday parties, and other Daland programs. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Ensuring the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary supplies. Assist with various administrative tasks as neededEducation/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment 1+ years of receptionist experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workforce and basic computer skills Ability to work weekends and evenings as neededSHIFTS AND AVAILABILITY
This role is currently available in two shifts. Due to scheduling needs these hours are subject to change depending on the season. The summer hours we are currently hiring for are:Monday Through Friday:
Mid Shift 1pm-7pm, Closing Shift 3pm- 8:45pm | Saturday Opening Shift 7am-1pm, Mid Shift 8:30am
- 2:30pm, Closing Shift 1-6:30pm | Sunday Opening Shift 7am-1pm, Mid Shift 9:30am-3:30pm, Closing Shift 1pm
- 6:30pm
Certificates and Licenses:
Red Cross CPR/First Aid (or Lifeguarding) certification is required. We provide all needed training and offer the required certifications at our facility.Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$19.00- $22.
