Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking. Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone. Follow a structured sales process. Have working knowledge of the BMW and Indian Motorcycle families and other brands. We ae only ONLY SoCal BMW & Indian dealership that builds engines and has a dyno. Like all motorcycle brands Be able to effectively manage open repair orders. Proactive follow up with current and previous customers. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints. If you are easily offended , and don't like to have fun this is not for you. This is not you normal 9-5 office job and will require over time and events- Saturdays are a MUST.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Motorcycle background preferred but not required. Motorcycle enthusiast a MUST. Motorcycle endorsement and weekend availability. Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability. Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience in the automotive industry a plus.

Physical Demands:

The noise level in the service department is usually loud. Requires the use of both hands Requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching and lifting of 45lbs. Requires the ability to balance, push and operate 900+lb motorcycles.
