In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

$ 20 - $25 per hour, for each hour worked This is a part-time position with shifts scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-5pm. Full-time Benefits Package•: Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401k with company match Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Part-time team members may be eligible for limited benefits in accordance with company policy and state law Minimum qualifications and skill set: Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role Veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related experience preferred Proficiency in the following skills: Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team About us: Doctor's Office for Pets was established in 2006 and provides a comfortable atmosphere for beloved pets.
