VCA 29 Palms Animal Hospital - Twentynine Palms, CA Join Our Growing Team! VCA 29 Palms Animal Hospital is excited to be expanding our services and is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. As we grow from three days to four days of operation , we're building a consistent team committed to providing exceptional veterinary care and an outstanding client experience for the Twentynine Palms community. This is a full-time position working four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday , giving you three consecutive days off every week to support a healthy work-life balance. About the Role As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for every client visit. You are often the first person our clients meet and the last person they see, making your ability to provide exceptional service essential to creating lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. You will play a vital role in helping our hospital deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and valued. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Confirm appointments and help maximize the daily schedule. Check clients in and out while ensuring accurate medical records. Present treatment estimates and process payments. Educate clients on preventive care, CareClub®, Home Delivery, and hospital services. Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and the medical team. Assist with follow-up calls and client communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment. Support teammates to provide an exceptional client and patient experience. What We're Looking For Veterinary or medical reception experience preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team. Passion for helping people and improving the lives of pets. Schedule Full-Time Tuesday through Friday Four 10-hour shifts Every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off Why VCA?
