Description Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be professional, enthusiastic, positive, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and have outstanding attendance. The essential duties of the Customer Service Representative position include, but are not limited to : Assisting Customers to identify products, and facilitating orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, for RV and residential replacement parts and products. Providing warranty support to Manufacturers and Dealers. Commitment to

Qualifications include but are not limited to: Previous Customer Service experience (call center experience is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional positive outgoing demeanor when dealing with customers. Energetic and positive approach to evolving changes and challenges of a fast-paced workplace. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Patience, perseverance, and ability to prioritize. Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others. Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Applications. Demonstrated reliability with outstanding attendance. Previous experience in RV Parts, RV Warranty, RV Tech, and/or RV Sales positions is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is anticipated to be from $1440.00 to $1520.00 bi-weekly, plus eligibility to participate in the Customer Service team sales incentive program after 120 days of employment. Benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, life insurance (employer paid & voluntary coverage), paid time off (CO sick leave, vacation & holidays), Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability, voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance.
