Our team thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where everyone works together to support one another and deliver outstanding results. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Client Care Coordinator to be the first impression of our practice and an integral part of our team. Responsibilities Welcome every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Boulevard Check clients in and out while accurately processing payments Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes Educate clients on memberships, skincare products, treatments, and current promotions Manage team Payroll Recommend retail products and support membership enrollment Track inventory and order retail and treatment products as needed Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers by applying numbing cream prior to procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area Work closely with providers to ensure a seamless client experience Assist with administrative tasks and support the team wherever needed Qualifications Required At least 1 year of experience in the aesthetics industry Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Comfortable learning and using scheduling software and technology Professional appearance and positive, team-first attitude Preferred 1 year of experience in a medical spa Experience using Boulevard software Previous experience with aesthetic retail sales or membership sales Spanish speaking would be a plus!
