Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide helpful information about store products and services Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately during retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist customers with product demos, answering questions, and upselling items to enhance their shopping experience Maintain stock levels on the sales floor through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure attractive displays Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments with accuracy Support the team by supervising store operations when needed, including overseeing cash drawer handling and ensuring smooth daily procedures Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling duties accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Supervising experience is beneficial for supporting store operations and team leadership responsibilities Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
