Job Description

Hiring Range:
$23.18-$27.24. The maximum pay for this position is $31.29. Your role as a Customer Service Ambassador is to provide our guests, both internal and external, with the most enjoyable experience possible. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you may be the first point of contact for guests when they come to Eagle County and your responsibility is to learn and accurately provide information about the airport and our surrounding destinations. You will demonstrate excellence in guest service by consistently displaying respect for internal and external guests and be able to handle any issues or concerns with good conflict-resolution skills. We're looking for someone with a passion for great service and a love for Eagle County. If you're a team player with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
4 x 10 hour shifts. Sunday to Wednesday, 6am-4:30pm. This will include weekend days and holidays that fall on your shifts. Successfully pass a background investigation, pursuant to TSA Part 1542, and maintain eligibility for TSA and FAA-mandated security clearance requirements.
