As a Participant Service Professional,you'llanswer inbound calls from stock plan participants, providing clear, empathetic guidance and personalized solutions.

You'lleducateparticipantson their stock plans,assistwithtransactions foroptions, restricted stock, ESPPs, andmore,empowering them to make informed decisions. Through structured training, coaching, and hands-on experience,you'llbuildexpertisein financial services and gain skills for a rewarding career.

We'llsupport you from day one with paid traininginthe Schwab Service Academy, helping you earn your SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. Successful candidates are required to have Genuine passion for helping clients and creating positive experiences. Strong communicationskills to convey information clearly and build trust. Openness to feedback with a growth mindset. Confident, clear problem-solving abilities. Empathy in understanding and responding to client needs. High attention to detail and accuracy in every interaction. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change. Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM during Schwab's training program. Flexibility to work various shifts after training, Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-9:00 PM ET. Preferred Qualifications include FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employment. Previouscustomer service and/or client relationship experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
