Join Our Growing Team at Level Engineering & Architecture Client Relations Specialist
  • Part-Time 25 hrs/week | In-Person| Afternoon Schedule Level Engineering & Architecture is expanding, and we're looking for a Client Relations team member who is passionate about client experience, enjoys consultative conversations, and is motivated by helping others move forward with confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact by helping clients connect with our architectural and engineering experts. About the Role As a Client Relations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with potential customers, scheduling consultations, and supporting our internal team with administrative and operational tasks. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients while helping grow the business through great service, follow-through, and communication. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, professional communication with prospective and current clients via phone, email, and text Educate clients about our services and help schedule the right team for their needs Manage inbound inquiries, quote requests, and scheduling through our CRM and online systems Support the internal team with invoicing, workflow tracking, and administrative coordination Ensure smooth daily operations, including locking and closing the office each evening Collaborate with architects and engineers to support project communication and coordination Who We're Looking For You have 3 + years of customer service or sales experience , ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment You communicate professionally and confidently, both verbally and in writing You're tech-savvy and comfortable navigating tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Windows, and CRM software You're organized, resourceful, and enjoy helping clients find solutions You're a team player who takes pride in your work and wants to grow with a purpose-driven company. Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus but not required Do you meet minimum qualifications? Professional work environment experience Minimum 3 years of customer service, management or sales experience Previous experience navigating computers, Google Work, Zoom, CRM, etc. Industry experience in Engineering, Construction or Architecture a strong plus Responsibilities include: Creating and facilitating positive relationships with our amazing clients and prospective clients Providing administrative, invoicing and scheduling support to our internal team Managing our online scheduler and back office (CRM) software Providing excellent phone, email, and text communications to inform on our services, schedule appointments, track and manage quote requests, and handle a wide range of other inquiries.
