Full Job Description Job Summary:
•Update on the Schedule
•As a Customer Service Representative your day will be fast paced handling a large volume of inbound calls in our call center. Your primary duties will be to schedule service appointments, offer other services, accept payments, discuss our maintenance agreement, and other admin duties. Our CSRs are the backbone of the company and you will be awarded for your hard work and effort! Must be able to work Available shifts: Sunday

•8:00pm,

$20.00
•$24.00 depending on experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver a Wow Customer Service Customer Service
•Inbound and Outbound Cal Taking (100-150 calls/day) Outbound dialing between downtime (for Recurring Services) Maintenance Agreement renewals Take payments & update billing information Log tasks appropriately Understanding of the dispatch board Offering Opportunities = ticks on board Cancels, changes, reschedules, & refunds Pursue growth and learning General admin
Minimum Qualifications:
High level of customer service experience (1-year experience) Strong computer skills Advanced verbal and written communication Friendly and outgoing High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
