- Training Pay Starts at $50K but earn $60K-75K in your 1st year! Most team members earn between 80K-120K after their first year
Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in guests with their appliance and mattress replacement needs (no cold-calling) at the guaranteed best prices! Work with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support Work closely with logistics and other support teams to ensure the best customer service Earn bonuses for hitting goals! Help maintain the professionalism of our showroom and displays Execute local marketing initiatives Why we like you: You're a team player with a positive attitude who wants to advance their career (we're growing!) You enjoy learning about products and sharing that information You care about helping others!Schedule:
- Weekends required, 2 days off during the week
- Most shifts are 9AM to 6PM, 11AM to 6PM on Sundays
