We are looking for a dependable, personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is a customer-focused role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a busy office environment. No insurance license is required to get started. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese Preferred.
Salary Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume office Able to handle multiple customers and tasks at once Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional and friendly demeanor Strong phone and computer skills Previous customer service or office experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese Preferred Insurance experience is a plus, but not required Room to Grow You do not need an insurance license to start this position. Responsibilities What You'll Do Assist customers with day-to-day insurance service needs Answer a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries Help customers with policy questions, documents, payments, changes, and general service requests Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Process customer requests accurately and efficiently Follow up on outstanding customer needs Maintain accurate customer and policy information Work closely with the agency team to ensure customers receive timely, professional service Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume environment Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from start to finish
