This is an entry-level position, and no previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided. Training covers product knowledge, customer engagement and brand representation! Key Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face at partnered retail locations Increase awareness of client products, services, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options Represent client brands professionally and provide a positive customer experience Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotions Participate in ongoing training and professional development Develop practical skills in customer acquisition, brand representation, communication, and sales Work independently while contributing to team and campaign goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Professional, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay + weekly bonuses Estimated annual earnings of $45,000-$65,000 for full-time team members , depending on individual performance and applicable bonuses or incentives Paid entry-level training Full-time and part-time opportunities Ongoing coaching and professional development Optional travel opportunities (locally and nationally) Opportunities to be considered for advancement into leadership and management positions based on performance, experience, and business needs Part-time earnings will vary based on hours worked, schedule, and individual performance.
