Utilize SAP software to prepare accurate and detailed quotes for after-market parts. Collaborate with suppliers to determine lead times and ensure timely delivery of parts. Work closely with procurement teams in US and Europe to optimize inventory and meet customer demands. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Field customer inquiries.
