They are a small, family-owned investment company managing over $1B in assets that takes pride in providing personalized, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications & Skills Core Strengths:
 Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, integrity, and absolute confidentiality.
Communication:
 Professional, polished verbal and written communication skills
Work Style:
 Ability to work independently while collaborating closely in a small team; comfortable maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Gmail/Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
Experience:
 4-10 years prior experience in financial services, investment management, or wealth management
Availability:
 Must be comfortable working on-site every day.

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide exceptional, personalized client service and respond to client inquiries promptly.

Prepare and issue client statements and other account-related correspondence.

Process wires and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist with account and client documentation.

Prepare, send, and track documents using DocuSign.

Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper files.

Handle confidential client and company information with the utmost discretion.

Assist with general office administration and daily operational needs.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and outside professionals.

Ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
