Job Description
Account Executive Assistant We are looking for an experienced individual to help manage our client base as a personal lines customer service assistant. We are a highly efficient agency that prioritizes customer service; Applicants will be expected to assist in handling our phones, while completing a variety of service requests for our clients. This position will be 20-25 hours a week, and will be entirely in-office. Thorough training will be provided. Duties and Responsibilities Day to Day servicing of agency accounts Processing policy endorsements Creating and sending ID cards and binders Managing billing requests with each of our carriers Answering phones Preparing paperwork to be mailed/emailed to customers for signature Scanning and attaching completed applications to our Agency management system Running preliminary reports for prospective clients
