Capitol Garage CDJR in Willimantic, CT is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor who takes pride in taking care of customers, building relationships, and producing results. We are a family-run dealership with an exciting future ahead of us. We're under new leadership, growing our operation, and are in the process of developing a new, state-of-the-art dealership. This isn't a position for someone who just wants to stand behind a counter and write repair orders.

We're looking for a professional who can confidently manage their own repair orders from start to finish. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, documenting their concerns accurately, communicating with technicians, presenting recommended maintenance and repairs, obtaining approvals, keeping customers informed, reviewing completed repairs, and performing an active delivery when the vehicle is finished. Most importantly, you'll own the customer experience.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MATTERS HERE.

Maintaining excellent CSI scores is a major part of this position. We want someone who understands that great CSI isn't about chasing a survey — it's the result of great communication, setting realistic expectations, following through on promises, and making sure customers feel taken care of.

New Dealership Coming Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
