Job Summary We are seeking a personable and motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with customers by phone, provide information about products and services, and support a positive customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong verbal communication skills who enjoy helping people, identifying customer needs, and working toward team goals. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings. Answer customer questions and address routine concerns. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct follow-up calls when appropriate to support customer relationships. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Assist with customer outreach and engagement activities. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and performance goals. Maintain a positive and professional tone during all calls. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
