Responsibilities Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide clear and accurate information to customers. Assist with routine customer requests and concerns. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Support customer engagement and promotional activities. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Assist with daily customer service activities and team priorities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Positive personality and willingness to learn. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
