This is a true service-focused position , with no cold calling, no sales quotas, and no requirement to produce new business. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking care of customers, solving problems, and managing an existing book of business. Compensation $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience Higher consideration for candidates with strong Allstate agency experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience required Personal lines insurance experience required Allstate experience is a strong plus Florida P&C insurance license 440, 220 or 240 Strong knowledge of auto and homeowners insurance Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple service requests throughout the day Comfortable working with carrier systems, agency management systems, email, and electronic documentation Responsibilities Service existing auto and homeowners customers Process policy changes and endorsements Handle billing questions, cancellations, reinstatements, and general policy servicing Process mortgagee and lienholder changes Provide proof of insurance and policy documentation Assist customers with renewal questions and coverage reviews Identify potential coverage gaps and help customers understand their policies Communicate with underwriting and carrier service departments when needed Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Support customer retention and overall agency service standards What Makes This Position Different This position is designed for an experienced insurance professional who wants to focus on customer service and account management rather than sales .
