This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and working as part of a team. The Customer Service Representative will play an important role in supporting our agents, servicing existing clients, and helping identify opportunities to grow our customer base. What You'll Do Assist our agents with prospecting and developing new potential clients. Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and a positive attitude. Service existing clients by assisting with policy reviews, payments, policy questions, and general account needs. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process. Help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to customer retention. Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needs and connect them with the appropriate agent. Maintain accurate and organized customer and policy records. Follow up with customers and prospects in a timely manner. Work closely with the agency team to help achieve shared production, service, retention, and growth goals. What We're Looking For No prior insurance experience is required but preferred . We are willing to train the right person and help you develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the insurance industry.

Customer Representative License:

Candidates are not required to have their license at the time of hire, but must be able to obtain the Florida 4-40 license within 90 days. The agency will provide assistance and support throughout the licensing process. Compensation & Benefits Annual earning potential: $40,000-$75,000 , including salary and bonus opportunities.
