Our mission is to support as many local producers as we can while serving the community awesome food in a creatively casual setting. Line & Prep Cook We are looking for an experienced and reliable addition to our kitchen team, preferably someone with a true interest in working with ever-changing locally sourced ingredients. This position starts with an average of 25-30 hours per week with full time and overtime potential December-May. Open nights and weekend availability a must!!
Duties:
- Prep and cook according to recipes set by Executive Chef
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Skills:
- Solid grill, pantry and prep experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow higher level recipes accurately. Pride in work as reflected in consistent quality
