Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Light Bookkeeping) Exodus Waste Solutions, LLC - Miami, FL Exodus Waste Solutions is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is primarily a phone-based customer service position with some light bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities. The right person for this role is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Patience, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are extremely important to us. Our customers should feel heard and taken care of every time they call. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner Assist customers with general account, billing, service, and scheduling questions Listen carefully and take complete and detailed information from callers Accurately communicate leads and customer requests to our sales representatives, dispatch, or other team members Follow through internally to help ensure customer requests are addressed Remain patient and professional when assisting frustrated or concerned customers Manage multiple calls, messages, and priorities throughout the day Perform light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable entries Assist with posting payments, invoices, and basic account reconciliation Maintain accurate and organized records Provide bookkeeping information and documentation to our outside CPA as needed Assist with general administrative duties Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish —
