Join our Mosgiel team as a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer and help ensure the smooth and efficient certification of vehicles while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes. Collect vehicle data for compliance and processing. Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency. Make and fit VIN plates as required. Provide daily support as a Customer Service Officer, assisting internal and external customers during scheduled breaks.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitment A clean driver's license is essential. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. How to
