Lakes Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Equipment Rental Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and a good understanding of the equipment rental industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing expert recommendations on equipment rentals to meet their needs. This job will also include assisting the yard team with loading and unloading customers and help maintaining the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Actively reach out to new and existing customers to generate sales leads and close rental agreements for construction, industrial, and other types of equipment.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and follow-up.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, including equipment types, features, and benefits. Provide expert advice to customers on rental options.

Order Processing:

Process rental orders, including equipment availability, delivery scheduling, and invoicing. Ensure accuracy and timely execution of orders. Collaborate with

Operations Team:

Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, service, and maintenance of rental equipment.

Sales Goals:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the rental business.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Keep accurate records of Equipment Images incoming and outgoing.

Qualifications:

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities. Proven inside sales experience, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or a related industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong Computer Skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Work weekends Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Construction Equipment and Tool knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual a plus. Knowledge of rental equipment and its applications in construction or other industries. Previous experience using rental management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required.
