XpressColor is looking for a friendly, reliable, organized Customer Service Representative to join our print shop team. This is primarily a customer service position , not a full-time graphic design position. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering phones, following up on orders, and working with the production team. The ideal candidate should have a good personality for customer service, be comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, and have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for simple artwork adjustments. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Help customers understand printing products and available options Assist customers with placing orders Check the status of jobs in production Communicate order updates and estimated completion times Follow up with production staff when customers need information Respond to customer emails and inquiries Review customer artwork before production Make simple artwork adjustments when needed Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for basic file corrections Check basic artwork requirements such as size, bleed, resolution, and layout Contact customers when artwork, information, or approvals are missing Keep customer orders and job information organized Help coordinate jobs between customer service and production Assist with general print shop duties when needed

Required Qualifications Bilingual:

English and Spanish Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Comfortable using computers and learning new software Good verbal communication skills Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers Strong customer service attitude Able to stay organized while handling multiple orders Dependable and punctual Willing to learn about printing products and production processes Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Print shop Sign shop Copy center Commercial printing Screen printing or apparel printing Graphic design Prepress Customer order processing Print production Promotional products Extensive graphic design experience is not required .
