Greenway Automotive Kia North is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus on contacting customers, scheduling appointments, following up on service opportunities, and providing an excellent customer experience. Compensation $40,000-$80,000+ annually , based on experience, performance, bonuses, and other qualifying factors. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to current and potential customers. Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries. Schedule and confirm service appointments. Follow up with customers regarding service and maintenance needs. Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email. Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Service Advisor or department. Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments. Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting goals. Work closely with the Service Department to maximize customer appointments. Qualifications Previous appointment-setting, call center, BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Professional and friendly phone presence. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable using computers and customer management systems. Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
