Job Overview Prestige Windows & Doors is looking for motivated, energetic, and coachable individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will speak with homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement projects and help schedule qualified in-home consultations with our sales representatives. Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Compensation $18.00 per hour Commission and performance bonuses $55K+ annual earning potential Opportunities for growth and advancement Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective customers. Speak with homeowners about their interest in windows, doors, roofing, bath remodeling, and other home improvement services. Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines. Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team. Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems. Maintain detailed notes regarding customer conversations and appointments. Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards. Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally. Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals. Attend coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish - required. Strong verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Ability to type and enter customer information accurately. Coachable and receptive to feedback. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working toward performance goals and KPIs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous sales, appointment-setting, call center, or customer service experience is preferred.
