The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a Dental Assistant who: Has previous dental assisting experience; pediatric experience is strongly preferred

English and Spanish Loves working with children and can create a positive and comfortable experience for young patients Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards Is dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Has a positive, enthusiastic attitude and enjoys being part of a team Treats patients, parents, and coworkers with kindness and respect Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills Is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment Is willing to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our practice Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist with examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take dental X-rays Help children feel safe, comfortable, and supported during their appointments Communicate effectively with parents and provide appropriate oral hygiene guidance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Follow OSHA, infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols What We Are Looking For The right person for our team is more than someone who can perform the clinical duties of a Dental Assistant.
