Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their financial security. Duties Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or insurance sales environments. Hold a 215 or 240 License Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations. Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is essential for maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry is a plus. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
