Utilize office management software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace to document interactions, update records, and prepare reports. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and productivity software to track customer information and service requests. Maintain organized filing systems for client records, correspondence, and administrative documents while ensuring confidentiality. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients as needed. Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping activities. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer service or front desk responsibilities. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and familiarity with spreadsheets. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing calendar appointments effectively. Knowledge of data entry procedures, filing systems, and clerical best practices to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous but not required.
