Second Shift (2p- 12a) Customer Service Representative About Us Alarm Assistant is the alarm industry's first Virtual Assistant and 24/7 Answering Service built specifically to support alarm companies and their customers. Every team member is known as "Alex"
- a call taker and customer support expert trained to speak the language of alarm companies.
- 4pm Second Shift 2pm to 12am What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (required) Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based tools Fast learner and detail-oriented Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and follow processes Alarm industry experience is a plus but not required
