  • 12a) Customer Service Representative About Us Alarm Assistant is the alarm industry's first Virtual Assistant and 24/7 Answering Service built specifically to support alarm companies and their customers. Every team member is known as "Alex"
  • a call taker and customer support expert trained to speak the language of alarm companies.
We act as an extension of our partners' offices and help them manage their customers with professionalism and care. Position Overview We're looking for a reliable and technically-minded Customer Service Representative (Alex) to join our growing team. This is an in-office position based in Bradenton, FL. You'll be the voice of our company, answering inbound calls for alarm companies across the U.S., handling customer requests, basic troubleshooting, and creating service tickets. What You'll Do Answer and respond to customer calls as "Alex" for our partner alarm companies Assist customers with basic alarm system issues (we train you) Place and remove accounts from test (we'll teach you how) Log call notes, create service tickets, and route tasks to the correct contact Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, chat, and email Follow instructions and procedures unique to each alarm company we serve Work independently during your shift and stay organized First Shift 6am
  • 4pm Second Shift 2pm to 12am What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (required) Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based tools Fast learner and detail-oriented Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and follow processes Alarm industry experience is a plus but not required
