Overview Floating to all
Locations:
St. Augustine and Palm Coast Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinical medical records system. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff.
Qualifications Required Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Basic knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patients, families, and team members.
Required Experience:
One to two (1-2) years of customer service experience.
Preferred Experience:
Two (2) years of customer service experience within a healthcare-related environment.
Patient Population Served:
Provides support to patients across all age groups.
